Balancing Sigh

Concentrate, Focus. But not too hard.

Balance your portfolio, balance your diet, balance your hormones, balance your books.

Stand on one leg while you brush your teeth, just to shake things up. Write with the opposite hand. Get up a half hour earlier than you usually do.

Give yourself a gift.

Ride a bicycle. Try an avocado or asparagus or bok choi. Or maybe eat pizza and have a beer this Friday night.

Find a quiet spot, unleash, write it down, or sing it up!

Have a nap, have a cry, have a pajama day.

Surprise someone today. Surprise yourself.

Set something new in place. Fine tune. Hear something?
