If we take the time each day to pause and reflect on our behaviour, we are giving ourselves the gift of growth. Don't overlook the opportunity this small moment will give you if you make it a habit. 

All change, all growth, all attempts at turning over a "new leaf" start with the awareness of what we do each day of our lives. 

In the quiet of this realization, you will only have to be honest with yourself, which is always the hardest thing to do. Face your fear and know that you will not fail. Because you are choosing to take control of your tomorrow.
